There should be little doubt that a woman will become President in 2020. The writing is (clearly) on the wall. The time has come. On the Democratic side, the easily beatable Joe Biden will set up as a formidable foe that makes the woman that ultimately brings him down look that much stronger. And then Trump–should it be Trump on the Republican side– again will set up as a David vs. Goliath moment for the woman that beats him to be a fairy-tale, made-for-Hollywood ending. The Republicans need their woman candidate because otherwise there is no question the Democrat will win in 2020. That is barring the seeming impossible, that Americans would finally vote differently! That a third party (say Jill Stein) or independent candidate (say Oprah) somehow finally breaks through. The skepticism of the political establishment here at ROD says that much of mainstream politics is theater. That Obama was pre-planned just as a woman winning in 2020 is pre-planned. Everything in society is heading to this moment. And it is time to check that ‘to-do list’ item off the list. This (per ROD) is not how decisions should be made. Even Trump plays right into this. The billionaire used to living large isn’t going to want to be President beyond 4 years. And he sets up as the perfect opponent for the woman to stand up to, and win. The theme is clear too in early 2019 as the first Democrats to grab publicity about their campaigns are the women candidates. Elizabeth Warren (latest). The independent-minded Tulsi Gabbard (latest). And, now, Kamala Harris. The Republican most likely to surprise and enter the race is Nikki Haley. What of Ivanka though? Could The Donald spin off his Presidency to his policy-wonk daughter? Other female Democrats that could still enter the fray: Michelle Obama, of course; Hillary, sigh (probably not yet Chelsea); Kirsten Gillibrand, Amy Klobuchar, Tammy Duckworth. Whatever should come in terms of candidates, let there be no doubt what the bankers (political establishment) wants. And what Hollywood will be able to produce. 2020 a woman will become the first female President of the United States of America.
